All new subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle
  • Service continues until the end of the paid period
  • No partial month refunds after the 14-day period

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Pro-rata refund within first 3 months (minus 1 month)
  • No refunds after 3 months

4. Service Credits

If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime SLA, you may be eligible for service credits rather than refunds. Credits are calculated based on downtime duration.

  2. Include reason for refund request
  3. We'll respond within 48 hours
  4. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
